Welcome to Glo Haus! We’re so excited you’re here and can’t wait to meet you in haus to get to know your skin and beauty goals.
If you’re not sure how to start your skin journey, we recommend booking in for a consultation so our Skin Therapists can thoroughly assess your skin and put together a personalised treatment plan for you. If you’re wanting a treatment on the same day, we offer a combined consultation and treatment option (LED Facial or Lymphatic Therapy Facial).
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your appointment in order to fill out necessary forms.
Treatment Suitability
Whether your first time in Haus or you regularly Glo with us, a consultation will always be performed prior to your treatment to ensure suitability. Your Therapist may recommend another treatment to the one you have booked on the day depending on your skin concerns and overall skin health.
Avoid oral/topical prescription retinoid/steroid/antibiotic medication for 4 weeks prior to any skin treatment. Please note we cannot treat you if you have an active cold sore or if you have had any Dermal Filler/Anti-wrinkle injections within the last 2 weeks. Please refer to the full list of Pre-Treatment instructions listed with your treatment on our Treatments page.
Please note a complimentary follow up skin consultation (in haus or online) will be required for our advanced resurfacing treatments if it has been over 6 months since we’ve seen you in clinic.
Glo Rewards
All existing and new clients will be automatically added to our Glo Rewards loyalty program. Each time you visit, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent (does not apply to already discounted services). Once you reach 1000 points you’ll receive $50 in Glo Rewards. It’s our way of thanking our valued clients for your loyalty to us.
Bookings
Deposits are required in order to secure an appointment at Glo Haus. Booking deposit amounts will vary depending on the chosen treatment, and may be increased on occasion at the discretion of the clinic. A reminder text will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please be aware that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy on services and you will be charged your booking deposit if you cancel within this time frame or fail to show. This is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment and to protect Glo Haus’ interest in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.
Booking deposits are refundable provided 48 hours' notice has been given. Please note deposits are automatically reverted to account credits when an appointment is cancelled via our online booking system. Please contact the clinic should you wish to receive a refund of your booking deposit.
Late Arrivals
Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Treatment may be refused if you are ten or more minutes late to your appointment. The clinic reserves the right to cut your treatment time to ensure our Therapists and Injectors do not run late for their following booking.
Prices and Services
At Glo Haus, we always strive to offer high quality, advanced treatments and equipment for our clients in a constantly evolving industry and market. Our prices may change over time to ensure we can continue to offer services of the highest standard.
Please note that card payments incur a 1.1% transaction fee. Cash payments will continue to be fee-free.
COVID-19 Vaccine
Please be aware you cannot receive the COVID-19 vaccine 2 weeks before or after receiving Dermal Filler. Please keep this in mind when booking an appointment.
